In my experience youth on either spectrum often struggle in secondary education environments. The stress on teens of being a double minority is something that educators and families need to be aware of.
I was a bit miffed that "lower rates of empathy" was described as an autistic trait in the study, but happy to see where the reporter embedded a link to an article about autism and empath.
